For me, Sonny Acres has never been about just owning a farm. It’s about creating a home where animals are loved, cared for, and truly part of the family. Horses have always held a special place in my heart, and over the years that love has grown to include all of the animals that now make Sonny Acres what it is.

Life here revolves around them. From the horses in the barn to the donkeys, goats, dogs, chickens, and the rest of our ever-growing farm family, there’s rarely a quiet—or boring—day at Sonny Acres. Each animal has its own personality, its own story, and its own special place here.

What started as a dream of having a place for my family and animals has slowly become something even more meaningful. Sonny Acres is where I can enjoy the life I love—caring for animals, spending time outdoors, working around the barn and property, and watching the farm continue to grow and change.

It may not always be picture-perfect. There’s mud, hay everywhere, early mornings, plenty of work, and usually an animal getting into something it shouldn't—but that’s exactly what makes it home.
